Welcome to VENDA Payments. By registering, accessing, or using our services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of the VENDA Payments website, mobile app, and all associated services. 3. Permitted Use of Services
VENDA Payments provides a secure platform for processing payments, managing transactions, and generating payment links. The Services are intended solely for legitimate business transactions. You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only, including adherence to applicable anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and financial regulations. Misuse of our Services will result in immediate termination of your account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and considered misuse of VENDA Payments Services:
– Using VENDA Payments for any illegal transactions or activities.
– Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including misrepresenting transaction amounts or purposes.
– Attempting to bypass VENDA’s security measures or compromise user accounts.
– Facilitating money laundering or financing of terrorist organizations.
– Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals or entities.
– Manipulating or falsifying transaction data or account information.
Any violation of these prohibitions will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and referral to law enforcement authorities for further investigation and potential prosecution.
5. Anti-Fraud and Misuse Warning
VENDA Payments is committed to preventing fraud and misuse. Any attempt to use our platform for fraudulent activities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Immediate Account Termination: Any user engaged in fraudulent activity will have their account permanently disabled.
– Reporting to Law Enforcement: VENDA Payments will report fraudulent transactions to law enforcement agencies and cooperate fully in any investigations.
– Legal Action: VENDA reserves the right to pursue civil damages against users who attempt to defraud or misuse our system.
We actively monitor all transactions for suspicious activities and have automated systems in place to identify and prevent fraud.
6. Data Security
VENDA Payments takes data security seriously. We employ encryption and secure technology to protect all transactions and account information. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that VENDA Payments is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or misuse of your data, except as required by law.
7. Payment Processing and Fees
VENDA Payments charges a 3% transaction fee for processing payments, with no monthly subscription fees. You agree to these fees and acknowledge that they may be subject to change, with notice provided to users in advance of any fee adjustments.
8. Termination and Account Suspension
VENDA Payments reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Accounts involved in prohibited conduct, including but not limited to fraud, may be terminated without prior notice. All decisions regarding account termination are at the sole discretion of VENDA Payments.
9. Limitation of Liability
VENDA Payments is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to account information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. By using VENDA Payments, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamaica for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
By registering for VENDA Payments, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Misuse, including fraud, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
